Yoga

Next  week, yoga teacher Suzanne will be coming to our classroom to introduce us to easy, beginner yoga. Bring a yoga mat with you if you have one. If not, bring a large towel. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing.

Schedule:


Morning Class: Monday, Feb. 4  11:00 - 12:00
Afternoon Class: Tues. Feb. 5 at 3:00 - 4:00
